Property Sellers:
As your Advocate, we research the local agents (and national agent where required) to help you identify the best sales agent that is best suited to your property and personal circumstances.
To begin, we will inspect your property and speak with you about your plans, ideal outcome, preferred method of sale, buyer inspections, timeframes and the expectations you have for your sales agent.
We can provide advice on your property’s presentation, and arrange for a property stylist, if required. We then interview a selection of agents and discuss their proposed sales strategy for your property, commission and marketing fees, and recent sales results in the area
We analyse each agent and sales strategy and discuss them with you, so that you can make an informed and supported decision on which agent you prefer.
Is there a fee?
There is no fee payable by the client. We receive a referral fee from the Agent that we ultimately introduce to sell or lease your property
