We believe the selection of a quality leasing agent and property manager is crucial to the success of your property investment.
As your Advocate, we will research the local agents (and national agent where required) to help you identify the best agent that is best suited to your investment property.
Our first step is to inspect your property and speak with you about your requirements and goals. We then interview a selection of leasing agents and property managers (depending on your needs) who we believe will take ‘ownership’ of your investment property and impact your property’s financial performance.
We will then discuss them with you, so that you can make an informed and supported decision on which agent you chose.
Is there a fee?
There is no fee payable by the client. We receive a referral fee from the Agent that we ultimately introduce to sell or lease your property.
