Property Management Assistant

At Stanley & Martin we specialise in the proactive management of our client’s properties.

If you are professional, enthusiastic and looking for an action packed role then this could be the position for you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the residential & commercial property management department. The role will involve the preparation of our weekly advertising, assisting in the coordination of maintenance tasks, typing of property management correspondence & leases, trust account receipting, bond lodgements and invoicing.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent time management, communication and customer service skills.

A background in residential and / or commercial property management will be advantageous and a certificate of registration is preferred but not required to apply for this role.

An opportunity exists for a Residential Sales Consultant to join our successful Albury team. If you are currently employed in the real estate industry or are considering a career change, we would love to hear from you.
