Residential Guide to Renting

At Stanley & Martin, we understand the importance of having somewhere to call ‘home’.

Our Property Management Team are professional, friendly and committed to making the process of renting a home simple and stress free.

The first step to locating your perfect new home is to register online for our ‘Property Alerts’. The benefit of registering will be, you’ll be one of the first to know about our new listings!

If you’ve already found a property with us, you will need to complete a Tenancy Application form which can be found on our website. Once completed, the application can be returned to us by email, facsimile or delivered to us at Suite 2 / 647 Dean Street, Albury.   Occasionally we experience delays in processing applications as Referees, Employers or Landlords are not always available to speak with us when we call, so please be patient, we are working hard to process the application for you.

Once your application has been approved by the Landlord, we will meet with you and go through the Residential Tenancy Agreement, Condition Report then provide you with the Stanley & Martin Trust Account details for the payment of your bond and rent. Please bear in mind, both your rent and bond must be paid and a receipt provided, prior to your property keys being handed to you.

Once you’ve moved into your new home, our Management team will work closely with you to ensure that any maintenance items are attended to promptly and any questions answered.  We appreciate the prompt payment of rent and ask that you speak with your Property Manager should you experience any financial difficulties to avoid any undue notices being recorded and sent.

Our Property Management Team are here to help! If you have any questions or any afterhours emergencies, please contact our office on 02 6023 8900 to speak with a Property Manager.
